Day 1 (June 20): Arrival in Leh (3,500m). Rest and acclimatization. Gentle walk through Leh market. Welcome dinner.

Day 2 (June 21): Shanti Stupa sunrise meditation. Explore Leh Palace and local monasteries (Sankar, Spituk).

Day 3 (June 22): Hemis & Thiksey Monasteries. Attend morning prayers. Visit Shey Palace.

Day 4 (June 23): Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (5,359m). Visit Diskit Monastery and 32m Maitreya Buddha statue.

Day 5 (June 24): Nubra Valley exploration. Hunder sand dunes, local villages, meditation session in nature.

Day 6 (June 25): Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok River. Sunset meditation by the lake.
