RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Navadwipa Experiences is committed to offering transformative experiences. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have established the following cancellation policy:
GRACE PERIOD (24 HOURS): If you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions, provided the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the departure date.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT:
- More than 60 days before the trip : 95% refund. A 5% fee is retained to cover administrative and banking expenses.
- More than 30 days before the trip : 50% refund of the amount paid. 50% is retained for administrative expenses and confirmed reservations.
- Between 15-29 days before the trip : 25% refund of the amount paid. Most services are already confirmed and paid.
- Less than 15 days before the trip : No refund. All services are confirmed and paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION BY NAVADWIPA EXPERIENCES:
If for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political conflicts, government restrictions) we must cancel the trip:
- A refund of the amount paid will be offered MINUS non-recoverable expenses already paid to suppliers.
- Or 100% credit for a future expedition (without deduction of expenses).
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
