TERMS OF SERVICE

EXPEDITION 2026

By booking the India Expedition 2026 with Navadwipa Experiences, you agree to the following terms:

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date.
  • Spots are limited and assigned on a first-paid basis.

TRAVELER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.
  • Tourist visa for India (traveler's responsibility).
  • Recommended vaccinations according to health authorities.
  • International travel insurance (highly recommended).
  • Minimum age: 18 years (minors require guardian authorization).

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrive punctually at all meeting points.
  • Respect the cultural and religious norms of India.
  • Follow the guides' instructions at all times.
  • Take care of personal health and well-being.
  • Maintain respectful behavior with the group and local communities.

NAVADWIPA EXPERIENCES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accommodation, transportation, and experiences according to the itinerary.
  • Expert guides at each destination.
  • Assistance throughout the trip.
  • Coordination of included activities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Navadwipa Experiences is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal luggage.
  • Medical expenses or health emergencies.
  • Delays or cancellations of international flights.
  • Itinerary changes due to force majeure.
  • Theft or loss of personal items.

ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, always offering equivalent alternatives.

CODE OF CONDUCT: We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behavior endangers the safety or experience of the group, without right to refund.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS: By participating, you authorize the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes of Navadwipa Experiences.

APPLICABLE LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
